Round, medium sized (60mm, 70-90g), red blushed orange apricot. Harvested in early February in Central Otago. HR

Benmore *
Maturity 14 days after Moorpark. Large fruit with 10% red blush on orange-yellow. HR

Cluthaearly *
2 days before Sundrop. Large fruit (100-200g). HR

Cluthagold *
2 weeks after Sundrop. Large size (63mm, 120g) with regular oval shape.  Very good eating quality. HR

Cluthalate *
30 days after Sundrop; 14 days after Moorpark.  Self fertile. Firm juicy flesh with sweet flavour. HR

Cluthastar *
19 days after Sundrop.  Medium size. Self fertile.  More suitable for Otago. HR

Cluthasun *
3-4 days after Sundrop. Ovate shape, 70-80g in weight. Juicy, melting firm flesh with good flavour. HR

Dunstan *
Large, ovate, yellow-orange apricot with some red blush. harvested in Central Otago in early January. HR

Orange Red *

Vulcan *
Very large (64mm, 110-130g) red blushed apricot. Harvested in Central Otago from late January, 4 days after Moorpark. HR

Jade-Momee
Early ripening, approximately 1 week before Queen Giant.  Very large fruit size and good flavour. Compact tree habit. NZFTC

Regal Pearl
First pick early-mid February (Hastings), the last of the Pearl Series to be harvested.  Sweet, juicy flavour with low acidity. NZFTC

Topaz-Monnaze
Full flavoured variety, with good balance between acidity and sugars. Medium fruit size.  First pick mid-late January in Hawkes Bay. NZFTC

Primetime
A cultivar with very good harvesting and shipping qualities. Matures 12 days after Santa Rosa. Medium to large, heart shaped fruit. Firm, meaty, yellow flesh with some pink-red colouration, becoming more red as the fruit matures. Moderate juice. Good flavour. Clingstone. Moderate vigour, upright habit. EW

Roadside
Self fertile, heavy cropper. Stores well.  Resistance or tolerance to black knot, bacterial canker, bacterial fruit spot, plum leaf scald. Vigorous, spreading tree.  Mid season.

Showtime
Attractive fruit with dark red skin, firm yellow flesh and semi-clingstone. Matures with Santa Rosa. Picking at correct maturity is essential to achieve the best flavour. Medium to large for season. Round uniform shape. Freestone. EW

 

Sir George
Bright red skin, darkening to a dark purple/crimson as the fruit matures. Very large, round, uniform fruit.  Firm golden flesh. Freestone. Matures approximately 27 days after Santa Rosa. EW
